Our commercial cleaning process starts with the pre-conditioning of all traffic areas where needed. This is followed by a pre-treatment of traffic areas to loosen embedded soil. Truck mounted steam cleaning will follow to remove all soils and cleaning agents. Portable steam cleaning units are also available for high rises, etc. A dual process cleaning of pre-shampooing followed by steam cleaning will be used for extremely dirty carpet. Evening and weekend appointments are available and reserved for our commercial customers.
